Like you, we value your privacy. We are not crazy about getting e-mails offering everything from get rich quick schemes and on-line pharmaceuticals to things that are better left unmentioned. That’s why we do not divulge any information we may have obtained from you. That includes your address (mailing, physical, and e-mail), phone and fax numbers and above all credit card information. Our website is secure with safeguards in place to protect your credit card information.
Ordering is as easy as a few clicks of your mouse. Your cookies have to be enabled. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of when we receive them, by UPS or US mail. Our domestic shipping charges are listed on the order form below. International shipping charges are determined by the actual charge to ship your package. We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and money orders.
Our ordering system is secure, but if you like personal contact, don't hesitate to call to place your order at 208.476.7781. If a pesky answering machine comes on, leave a message and we'll get back to you.
Return policy: If we make a mistake (Oh, no!) on your order or your merchandise is defective contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will issue a return authorization in the amount of your purchase. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. A restocking fee of 15% of your merchandise total will be deducted from the amount of your return. No returns are allowed on books or patterns.
